Design Features of a Strapping Machine

A baler, also known as a strapping machine, banding machine, or strapping machine, uses strapping tape to bind products or packages, then tightens and fuses the ends together using a heated iron. The function of a baler is to reinforce packaged items, preventing them from falling apart during transport or storage due to loose strapping. At the same time, the strapping should be neat and aesthetically pleasing.

A baler primarily consists of a strapping feeder, unloader, connector and disconnector, a transmission system, a track frame, and a control unit.

Utilizing branded baler technology, this design features dual-circuit control for a more stable and reliable performance than traditional single-circuit control. This reduces the load on the machine's circuit board and ensures smooth and stable operation between each circuit in the baler's structure.

1. Integrated Circuit Design: The baler utilizes a plug-in circuit board to control the entire strapping process and the iron head temperature, making circuit board replacement and baler service convenient.
2. Instant Heating, Immediate Packing: The innovative high-speed hot melt system activates the heating element within 5 seconds, ensuring the PET baler is in optimal packaging condition.

3. Automatic shutdown, energy-saving and practical: When the strapping process is completed and there is no further operation within 60 seconds, the baler's compact design automatically shuts down the motor and enters standby mode.
4. New brake design: The baler's reel brake utilizes a special spring design, ensuring smooth and quiet belt feeding. The baler is reasonably priced.
